To make your time with FORT LAUDERDALE LIMOUSINE SERVICE
an enjoyable one, we ask for your cooperation with the following:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FORT LAUDERDALE LIMOUSINE
SERVICE will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will
maintain a zero tolerance compliance policy that no alcoholic beverages
can be consumed or used by any person not of legal drinking age. All U.S.
law enforcement agencies have absolute power to stop any motor vehicle for
administrative searches. If contraband is aboard, even in negligible
quantities without the chauffeur’s knowledge, they can seize and forfeit
this vehicle to a local government agency. All law enforcement agencies
are aggressively enforcing this policy. Therefore no person will bring
contraband aboard vehicles that are owned or operated by FORT
LAUDERDALE LIMOUSINE SERVICE.
FORT LAUDERDALE LIMOUSINE
SERVICE will not be responsible for injuries that may occur due to
horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. The
purchaser on the front of this contract is responsible for his or her
guests.
FORT LAUDERDALE LIMOUSINE SERVICE
automatically charges to a customer’s credit card:

A
20% gratuity for all vehicles.
-
A 9% processing fee, based on the
fare, stops and waiting time, will be added to a customer’s bill paying
with the credit card.
-
Additional gratuities or cash
given to the driver is at your own discretion.
-
All out of pocket charges and
special requests, including tolls, parking,
airport
fees and taxes will be
added to your bill.
-
Waiting time:
-
For airport pick-ups: a 30-minute
grace period is given after scheduled pick-up time unless notified 3 hrs
prior to arrival.
-
There will be a $10.00 surcharge
for all inside pickups.
-
For non-airport pick-ups: a grace
period of 10 minutes is given.
-
Once either grace period has
elapsed, waiting time is charged at the appropriate vehicle hourly rate in
15 minute increments.
-
Extra stops in route are charged
$10.00 for up to 10 minutes, if stop time is over 10 minutes, the
appropriate vehicle waiting time charge applies.

A service charge will be applied
to any changes or cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to the
scheduled pick up time.

If a customer fails to show at the
designated pick up location a "No show" fee equal to the cost of the trip
plus the appropriate vehicle gratuity, applicable waiting time and all
other out of pocket costs will be charged to that customer.

If a customer cannot locate the
driver, FORT LAUDERDALE LIMOUSINE SERVICE must be called to avoid
being charged for a "No show."

Pick-Up Guarantee:
-
Every confirmed non-airport
reservation will be picked up within 15 minutes of the requested time.
-
Every confirmed airport
reservation the customer will be able to contact their driver within 15
minutes of their call to FORT LAUDERDALE LIMOUSINE SERVICE.

If these guarantees are not met,
FORT LAUDERDALE LIMOUSINE SERVICE will reimburse the customer for
comparably priced alternate transportation. For pick up guarantee to be
valid customer must notify us prior to taking alternate transportation.

If the above guarantees cannot be
met due to conditions outside of their control, including weather,
accidents, and any other acts of God, we will use our best efforts to
notify the customer of these conditions.

A 20% surcharge based on the fare,
stop time and waiting time will be charged to all trips taking place on
the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July
4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

Hourly trips are billed from the
time the vehicle leaves the base for the pick up to the time it takes to
return back to the base from your destination.

Taxes additional where applicable.
AT THE CHAUFFEUR’S DISCRETION, THE PURCHASER AGREES TO BE FULLY
LIABLE FOR ALL CHARGES THAT MAY INCUR.
1. $ 20.00 per broken
glassware, $ 30.00 per damaged CD, $ 45.00 per damaged DVD
2. $ 50.00 per damaged seat, $
50.00 per damaged carpet, $ 100.00 per damaged mirror
3. $ 50.00 minimum for
extensive cleanup (spills, etc.)
4. $ 99.00 detailing and wax
(due to sickness-exterior)
5. $ 99.00 shampoo and
disinfecting (due to sickness interior)
6. $ 99.00 minimum for each
burn hole, rip or tear to upholstery
7. $ 99.00 minimum for each act
of vandalism
8. Triple charge of above
listed amounts for all removed / stolen items from vehicle
9. Downtime subject to loss of
revenue, per each hour lost as stated in contract FORT LAUDERDALE
LIMOUSINE SERVICE recommends that all and any personal valuables be
removed from the vehicle when unattended. We will not be held responsible
for any lost, stolen, or damaged articles.

Sedans are billed at a 3 hour minimum regardless of use.

Limousines are billed at a 5 hour minimum regardless of use.

Each vehicle is booked as a separate reservation.
-
All alcohol must be provided by the passengers. All passengers must
be 21 years of age and have valid state issue ID’s to consume alcohol in
our vehicles.
-
A cancellation fee of 50% of total fare and gratuity will be billed
for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick
up time.
-
A change fee of $50.00 will be billed on any trip if the change is
made less than 24 prior to the scheduled pick up time.
-
You Must Cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick up
date to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of total fare and gratuity.
